Liderazgo & Coaching

 Existe una gran relación entre Liderazgo y Coaching Ontológico. A ver, me explico:      

Liderazgo es movilizar a las personas, en escenarios de incertidumbre para que enfrenten problemas difíciles, haciendo que se hagan parte del problema y responsables de la solución.

Esto implica moverse desde un punto A, a un punto B, donde el punto A es el “Desafío Adaptativo” que enfrenta el sistema, dado el “quiebre” que tiene y que no le permite avanzar, y B, es el propósito, meta, o “Nuevo Equilibrio” al que se quiere llegar. Entre A y B, se encuentra el “Trabajo Adaptativo”, el cual es el proceso por el cual deben pasar las personas del sistema en su viaje de adaptación hacia la meta esperada. Este proceso requiere de TRANSFORMACION Organizacional, pero por sobretodo, Transformación Personal por parte de todos los miembros de la organización o del sistema.

Por otra parte, una de las funciones del Coaching Ontológico, es movilizar a una persona desde un estado de “incomodidad” personal (por decirlo de alguna manera), a uno de “equilibrio” personal.

El desequilibrio personal se produce a causa de un quiebre, el cual no le permite avanzar a la persona por sí sola, por lo que la ayuda de un coach, quien por medio de un acompañamiento, logra cambiar el Observador que la persona es, por uno nuevo, uno que logra ver nuevas posibilidades de acción y avance, es de mucha importancia, sino fundamental.

Al igual que el Liderazgo, el Coaching es el proceso por el cual la persona pasa de un estado X a otro estado Y, por medio de un Aprendizaje Transformacional. El Coach, al movilizar a su coachee, fundamentalmente por medio de conversaciones y preguntas, ejerce liderazgo sobre él; y el coachee a su vez, al ir tomando control de su quiebre (y de su vida), ejerce liderazgo sobre sí mismo.

Así, y en este sentido, podemos concluir que Coaching, también es un proceso de Liderazgo, y de Liderazgo Doble: Estratégico y Personal, y ambos, son procesos transformacionales.
